Relating to eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits; and declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Removes prohibition on payment of unemployment insurance benefits to nonprofessional employees of educational institution providing school food services, or services as employee of federal Head Start program] early intervention services or prekindergarten services for weeks of unemployment commencing during period between two successive academic years or terms. Declares emergency, effective on passage] September 1, 2021.
